This Privacy Policy describes how Football Conquest ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information about visitors to footballconquest.com and users of the Football Conquest mobile app (available on Google Play and the Apple App Store). By using our website or app, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Information we collect

We collect limited information from visitors, primarily through third-party services. Specifically:

• Automatically collected data: When you visit the Site, your browser sends certain information automatically including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit.
• Game data: The simulator stores some preferences locally in your browser (such as your light/dark mode choice and creator settings). This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
• We do not collect: We do not ask for or store names, email addresses, payment information, or any personally identifying details. There is no account system on this Site.

Football Conquest mobile app

The Football Conquest mobile app (available on Google Play and the Apple App Store) uses the same game engine as this website, wrapped as a native application. Data practices for the app are described below and are in addition to the general practices above.

Information the app collects

The app collects and processes the following categories of information:

• Stored on your device only (not sent to us): your game saves (map state, campaign progress, current run), your app settings (light/dark theme, language), and an autosave payload so you can resume a game after closing the app.
• Collected by Google AdMob: your Advertising Identifier, IP address (which gives approximate city / country location), device information (model, OS version, screen size), and ad interaction events (impressions, clicks, video completions). This data is collected directly by Google AdMob's SDK — we do not receive raw identifiers.
• The app does NOT collect: your name, email address, phone number, or contact information; your precise (GPS) location; access to your photos, contacts, or files; any personally identifying information; any in-game leaderboards or account data (the app has no account system).

Google AdMob and advertising

The mobile app displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob uses your Advertising Identifier and IP address to serve relevant ads and to measure ad performance. Ads may be personalized based on your interests unless you opt out.

Ad formats shown in the app:

• Interstitial ads: full-screen ads shown between conquest campaigns (typically after a Game Over, when you tap "New game"). Frequency-capped so you will not see back-to-back ads within a short window.
• Rewarded video ads: shown ONLY when you explicitly opt in by tapping a "Watch ad" button in exchange for an in-game reward (an extra chance after a game over, or a free boost during a match). You can always decline without penalty.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland: Google's User Messaging Platform will present a consent screen on first launch asking whether you agree to personalized advertising. You can review or change this choice at any time through the app's settings.

To reset your Advertising Identifier or opt out of personalized ads outside the EEA: on Android, go to Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID (or Reset it). On iOS, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track." You can also visit Google Ads Settings to manage personalization across Google services.

Google Play data safety disclosure

In accordance with Google Play's Data Safety requirements, we disclose:

• Data collected: Advertising Identifier, IP address, device information, and app performance / crash data (via Google Play Services).
• Data shared: The above data is shared with Google AdMob and its ad-network partners for the purpose of serving and measuring advertisements. No data is shared with any other third parties.
• Encryption: All data transmitted from the app is encrypted using standard HTTPS/TLS.
• Data deletion: You can reset your Advertising Identifier at any time in your device settings (see above). Game saves are stored only on your device and are removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage.

Children's privacy

Neither this Site nor the Football Conquest mobile app is directed at children under 13. The mobile app's Google Play and App Store listings are rated for general audiences (PEGI 3 / ESRB E), but the game is designed for teenagers and adults with an interest in football. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided such information, please contact us at the address below and we will delete it promptly.

Data retention

We do not directly retain personal data. Data collected by Google Analytics is retained according to Google's data retention settings (default: 14 months). Data collected by Google AdSense is governed by Google's policies.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal information including the right to access, correct, or delete data collected about you. Since we do not directly store personal data, most requests should be directed to Google for data collected through Analytics and AdSense.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) including the right to object to processing and the right to data portability.

If you are located in California, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
