Report a bug.
Found something broken in the simulator? Send it our way — every report gets read by the developer. Screenshots are gold; the more detail you give us, the faster we can fix it.
What's a good bug report?
The reports we fix fastest are the ones that give us enough to reproduce the issue. A few things that help:
- What you were doing when it broke — "tried to play a match against Iceland after starting a World Conquest run as England"
- What you expected to happen vs what actually happened
- A screenshot — even a phone photo of the screen works. Visual context catches things text descriptions miss.
- Whether it's reproducible — happens every time, or just once?
What if I don't get a reply?
We read every report but we don't reply to every one. If you've left an email and your bug is critical (game-blocking, data loss, security), we'll follow up within a few days. Smaller issues get folded into the next release without a reply.
