Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Football Conquest ("the Site"), accessible at footballconquest.com. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

About the Site

Football Conquest is a free, browser-based football imperialism simulator. It is provided for entertainment purposes. You do not need to create an account or pay to use the Site.

Permitted use

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, including:

• Running simulations for your own enjoyment
• Recording and sharing footage of the Site in videos, streams, or social media posts
• Embedding screenshots of the Site in editorial or commentary content

Attribution to footballconquest.com in video descriptions or credits is appreciated but not required.

Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to interfere with the Site's normal operation, including through automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts, or exploitation of vulnerabilities
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code beyond what is publicly visible in the page source
• Use the Site or its content to mislead users, impersonate the Site or its creators, or create derivative works that are presented as official
• Use the Site for any illegal purpose
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices

Intellectual property

The Site's source code, design, branding, written content, and original artwork are owned by the operators of the Site. Football national team names, country names, and FIFA Men's World Ranking points are matters of public record and are used here for informational purposes only.

The Site is not affiliated with FIFA, EA Sports, the Fédération Internationale de Football Association, or any national football federation. References to these entities are nominative and do not imply endorsement or partnership.

Flag images used in the simulator are public domain or used under fair use as identifying symbols of nations.

Third-party content

The Site embeds content from third parties (YouTube videos, advertisements from Google AdSense). We are not responsible for the content of third-party services, their privacy practices, or any consequences of your interactions with them.

No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information presented on the Site.

Match outcomes generated by the simulator are based on probabilistic models using public FIFA ranking data. They are not predictions and should not be treated as authoritative football analysis.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the operators of the Site be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Site, which is zero.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operators of the Site from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Modifications to the Site

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

Modifications to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
